Nylon Conveyor Belts

Uses nylon of molecular unidirectional stretch tropism as framework, coated with acrylonitrile rubber or chrome cowskin leather of anti-wearing, anti-oil, anti-ageing. It is suitable for power dynamic transmission. The belt is widely used in areas such as textile, printing and dyeing, metallurgy, paper making and woodworker.

XNX: rubber-nylon-rubber, green, blue, black, thickness 1- 5 mm, width 0 - 800mm.
PNX: rubber-nylon-leather, green, blue, black, gray, available thickness 4-6mm, width 0-400mm.
PNP: leather-nylon-leather, gray, available thickness 4.5-6mm, width 0-400mm.

G-Green, W-white, B-Black or greenish black
The belt comprises the first layer and second layer.
The first layer is more compact and wear-resistant and its price is higher.
The maximum thickness of a single-layer base is normal 1.2mm.
The requirement for strength is high. Can be a composite of two or three layers.
